Project development, Sparr Hotel company bought the hotel in August 2012 as a3 stars hotel, we started working with the same classification, Until November 2015, then the top management took the decision of changing the classification to 4 stars, which made us remove all of the furniture, equipment and replace all of them as 4 stars classification requires.
